    The Chroma Toons is cartoon animation making app for android devices.  Our app is very helpful for many content creators. who are making animated videos for entertainment and educational purpose. Many of them are making decent income from revenue generated by sharing their videos on social media video sharing platform like YouTube and Facebook.

    If you want to create your own cartoon stories then don't think too much and try outour app. App is fully Copyright free to use. It's very easy than high end animation software. Useful features of the app:-

* Audio Timeline will help you to animate your story according to the voiceover

* You can save character's moves and positions in Keyframe option

* You can import custom characters in the app and change there dressing

* You can import custom object in character's hand 

* You can set custom background

* You can export the animated video or export the image sequence with 24 fps

* Human or NonHuman Special characters are also available with changeable texture

Setup Custom Recording 

Please allow all the permissions to record and save the video. If recording is not working in your phone. If it is showing error on record then please be sure first that all the permissions are allowed. Restart app and go to setting on main screen-

Then change the video encoder to 'default'. This setting will be saved. Next time when you start the app the video encoder will be set automatically to 'default'. Try different encoders and check which one is working fine in your device. Mostly used video encoders- h264 or default

1.  Select Characters

You can drag a character by touching on move icon.

Open the character menu to select your characters. select that you want. you can place upto 4 characters in a scene.

2. Draw and Import Custom Character

  Draw Custom Character in any drawing app-

3. Make Animations

IK Animation:-

   You can animate the character's custom moves using IK animation tool. Audio Timeline will help you to animate the scene according to the scripted vice over.

4. Import Custom Character and Special Character

5. Import Custom Background and set custom object in hands

You can import custom background. You will need to watch an ads in background menu (third button on top right corner). after watching few seconds ads wait for 2-3 sec and an import button will appear to import custom bg. tap on button and select the image that you want to set on background.

6. Record Audio

 The voice will be recorded at real-time while recording the video ( after pressing the record button).

You can edit and put effects while editing in other  video editing application/software.
